Ryan Reynolds knows how to work a crowd.

The Deadpool star was at CCXP to promote his upcoming films Free Guy and 6 Underground. However, he made time at one of his panels to crack a joke about the Snyder Cut of Justice League.

Reynolds was discussing one of his films when he made the joke. "So he recruits these five other people -- each of them have a very specialized skill set -- and they form this team and kind of a reluctant family. Which I guess, what I'm trying to say, is that this is the Snyder Cut," he said. At that point, the crowd erupted in cheers and laughter.

The Snyder Cut is Zack Snyder's alleged version of Justice League. According to him, Warner Bros. meddled in the production of the film after he had to step away to deal with a family tragedy. While Warner Bros. has not officially acknowledged the Synder Cut's existence, many of the film's stars and crew members have voiced support for its release. Recently, several film reel shipping containers with the label "Z.S. JL Directors Cut" surfaced online.

Justice League is available digitally and on Blu-ray and DVD. The film stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Ciarán Hinds as Steppenwolf, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon.
