Funko is helping Marvel Comics celebrate 80 years thanks to a line of Pop! figurines showcasing different characters' classic appearances. Iceman has joined this lineup, or rather a Flocked version of him.
Exclusive to the Funko Shop, this specific Pop! showcases Iceman in his completely ice-covered form. And because it is Flocked, it will have a soft, furry touch to it.
Debuting in The X-Men #1 in 1963, Robert Louis "Bobby" Drake, a.k.a Iceman, has been a mainstay to both the X-Men and Marvel as a whole. Aside from the X-Men, Iceman has also been a part of the Defenders, X-Factor and Champions. In recent years, the hero has undergone significant character development. In 2015, in All-New X-Men #40, it was revealed Iceman is gay.
Aside from appearing in different X-Men and other team-based comic book series, Iceman has also had different solo series over the years, with the more recent one ending January 2019 after five issues. His popularity has helped him appear in movies, TV shows and other forms of media, even being a primary character in the 1980's cartoon Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends.
