Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball franchise is home to some of the most powerful and effective techniques in all of media, with various heroes using their abilities to inflict massive damage on their opponents. However, just what are the most effective techniques in Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball Super? In this new video, we're going to go through the fifteen most effective, at least as we see it.
Let's skip right to the end. Although you might think it's the Spirit Bomb, which has proven incredibly powerful, there are a few moves that are even stronger, and we're putting the one that gave us the longest five minutes in history at the top: Frieza's Death Ball. The charged energy ball is capable of levelling planets. Sure, it might not have the same raw power as Beerus' Hakai (which is able to destroy pretty much anything), but there was absolutely nothing like the Death Ball in the franchise when it was first introduced. Its ability to destroy an entire planet is incredibly effective, and it seems fairly exclusive to Frieza's family.

Although Dragon Ball Super has finished its run, Super Dragon Ball Heroes is helping tide fans over in the short-term, but it's unknown at this time just when the series will return with new episodes, or if it will adapt the current "Galactic Prisoner Saga" that's going on in the manga. Still, the franchise seems unlikely to stay gone for long, as it's remained one of the most popular media properties in the world for decades.
