10 Eijiro Kirishima (My Hero Academia)
Let's start with someone in-house. Eijiro Kirishima was born with the quirk to harden his body like steely skin, and he's a melee specialist hero. But in middle school, while a good kid, he didn't feel that his quirk was worthy of a hero's career.
Imagine if All Might met him, and saw his potential. Kirishima is easy to get along with, stubbornly determined to become a great hero, and a fine hand-to-hand fighter. His passion burns as hot as those flames!
9 Rock Lee (Naruto)
Most of the characters on this list are melee fighters or swordsmen, or would at least be willing to work out and gain some muscle. That certainly includes Rock Lee, who is, in fact, Izuku Midoriya's peer from another world.
Rock Lee was born unable to perform ninjutsu or genjutsu, but taijutsu (melee combat) is always an option! So, this boy trained like a maniac to reach incredible heights, and it sure paid off. But even he can't defeat everyone bare-handed, so if All Might met this passionate young ninja, One For All would be handed right over.
8 Kagome Higurashi (InuYasha)
Okay, she actually favors the bow and arrow, but why not defend herself if any demons get up close and personal? Kagome is no ordinary girl; when she fell down the well and ended up in feudal Japan, she became a skilled archer and has immense spiritual power.
And she's one tough cookie, too. Kagome is incredibly brave in the face of danger, and more than once, she steps up when trained warriors or demon allies are cowering in fear. Kagome also has a strong sense of justice, and she is quick to take down anyone who will harm or exploit the weak or innocent. If she completed All Might's training regimen, she would be worthy of One For All, 100%.
7 Nefertari Vivi (One Piece)
The Straw Hat pirates met this princess during their time in the Persian-inspired land of Alabasta, and she's no delicate flower. In fact, this girl actively helped fight off the forces of Baroque Works and try to restore peace to her land.
All she ever wants is to maintain peace and happiness in her kingdom, and anyone who threatens the people she loves will end up paying a price! Like Kagome, she's not much of a physical fighter, but she's got the heart of a hero. All Might would be delighted to meet her and bestow One For All on this noble princess.
6 Alex Louis Armstrong (Fullmetal Alchemist)
Well, this would be pretty convenient, since this hulking Major already has the physique to bear One For All! In fact, All Might would see Major Armstrong as a long-lost brother of sorts. Anyway, it's not just Armstrong's great biceps and stellar alchemy that make him a worthy successor, but also his heart.
Major Armstrong took part in the brutal Ishval Civil War, but his spirit broke when he witnessed the massacre and realized his role in it. Now, he fights for justice and to protect innocent lives, and All Might couldn't ask for more. With a great manly handshake, Major Armstrong would tearfully accept the offer to receive One For All!
5 Yusuke Urameshi (Yu Yu Hakusho)
This is an older series, and in fact we can see how it inspired the design of Bleach. Who is Yusuke? He's a high school punk with a good heart, and he gave his life to protect a child from an incoming car. The afterlife gods were so impressed, they granted him a new life as a spirit detective.
Yusuke is a no-nonsense fighter and hero, and he's got street smarts and fine instincts. This combines well with his combat prowess and his strong desire to defeat scary demons who want to eat or torture humans. For the sake of humans everywhere, and to keep the demon world at bay, All Might would have little hesitation in passing One For All to Yusuke Urameshi.
4 Mumen Rider (One-Punch Man)
Yes, we're serious! Mumen Rider is a bit of a punchline at first, being a pro hero... who rides a bicycle everywhere. He's also a C-ranked hero, which is not saying much, and he has little success fighting any monsters or villains.
He's got no real powers, but then again, like the other characters on this list, Mumen Rider has the soul of a true hero. He never hesitates to fight the bad guys, and he gave an awe-inspiring speech when he faced the unstoppable Deep Sea King. Mumen Rider was bound by his duty to face a monster as a hero, and whether he can win or not, he must stand and fight. All Might would be very impressed by that.
3 Mikasa Ackerman (Attack on Titan)
Like Kagome Higurashi, Mikasa is a petite girl who is far tougher than she looks. Many soldiers and Titans have realized too late that she is a total powerhouse, and her combat skills are rivaled only by those of the legendary Levi.
She also has a heart of gold, though she's a bit gruff in expressing it. Mikasa has loyally protected Eren from all threats, big and small, and she's smart and keeps a cool head. Mikasa still has her humanity, though, and will gladly put her life on the line to defend innocent lives and uphold justice. Just what All Might was looking for!
2 Shinobu Kocho (Demon Slayer)
Technically speaking, only a nichirin blade can destroy demons, but let's suppose that One For All could blast them apart to a similar effect. Both Tanjiro and Shinobu have demonstrated themselves as noble fighters who act in selfless ways, but we think that Shinobu manages to come out on top.
She is soft-spoken and kind, and always puts the mission first. Being one of the Hashira also shows her level of skill, and All Might would be pleased to meet her. Muzan doesn't stand a chance now!
1 Akitaru Obi (Fore Force)
Here is another man who is a warrior in a world where superpowers reign supreme. In the world of Fire Force, most firefighters and villains are pyrokinetics, who can either generate or manipulate flames. Obi can do neither.
But that doesn't stop him! He is always fully equipped for the job, and he uses sheer training and strength to overpower his foes. Let's not forget that he's a great guy and a skilled commander, and charismatic, too. If the threat of the Evangelist becomes serious enough, All Might would decide that it is time for Obi to get One For All at last.
