WARNING: The following article contains spoilers for One-Punch Man Chapter 109 by ONE and Yusuke Murata, available now in English from Viz Media.

One-Punch Man Chapter 108 ended with Atomic Samurai saving Tareo -- a young boy captured by the Monster Association -- from Black Spermatozoon, the powerful monster shaped like a slightly disfigured version of his namesake. Although Tareo is safe for the moment, Chapter 109 puts Atomic Samurai in dire straits, as he learns his opponent has the powerful ability to multiply when cut.

After rescuing Tareo, Atomic Samurai radios his fellow heroes to tell them that there's a young boy trapped in the Monster Association HQ. Among those on the surface are Child Emperor and Waganma, the kid of one of the Hero Association's top donors and the original reason for the mission. Waganma, who lied to Child Emperor earlier and claimed he was the only prisoner, breaks down and tries to claim he was just trying to save himself. This leads to Child Emperor heading back into the Monster Association HQ to find Tareo.

The chapter then cuts back to Atomic Samurai and Black Spermatozoon. The latter grows a giant arm and attacks the former, but Atomic Samurai easily cuts the monster's arm off. Black Spermatozoon reveals that he multiplies when cut or hit, mocking Atomic Samurai for not understanding that he's outmatched, saying, "Are you stupid? I'm a mass of countless selves."

Atomic Samurai replies, "You're the dumb one! I'll merely cut you countless times." The S-Class hero, who for obvious reasons isn't known for his brilliance, then unleashes a series of blows -- and his strategy results in a predictably terrible outcome: The villain multiples until he forms a veritable ejaculation of Black Spermatozoons.

Just how Atomic Samurai is going to contend with an enemy that can multiply so prodigiously isn't clear at this time, but the S-Class here is definitely in major danger. It's entirely possible he could become the first S-Class hero to fall in the attack on the Monster Association HQ. However, there are still a lot of major heroes that could come to his aid. Plus, one of the things that's defined One-Punch Man's heroes is their resourcefulness, as they always seem to find a way to succeed in the end.

One-Punch Man's next installment arrives in English on Dec. 11 from Viz Media.
