Fans of the DC antihero Harley Quinn are in for a treat, as the first episode of the new DC Universe adult animated series will soon air on cable television
According to TVLine, the premiere episode, which debuted last week, will air on TBS Sunday Dec. 8 at 11 p.m. as part of the network's "DCember" lineup.
The series, based on the character created by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm, follows Harley Quinn after having just parted ways with The Joker. She then turns to her friend Poison Ivy for advice and eventually assembles a crew of iconic DC villains to help her raise her unique brand of hell in Gotham, which includes seeking membership in the Legion of Doom.
Harley has finally broken things off with the Joker and attempts to make it on her own as the criminal Queenpin of Gotham City. Join DC Universe to watch this action-comedy series featuring Poison Ivy and a whole cast of heroes and villains from the DC Universe.
DC Universe's Harley Quinn stars Kaley Cuoco, Lake Bell, Diedrich Bader, Alan Tudyk, Rahul Kohli, Christopher Meloni, Tony Hale, Ron Funches, Wanda Sykes, Natalie Morales, Jim Rash, Giancarlo Esposito, Jason Alexander and J.B. Smoove. New episodes are released on Fridays.
